We accept ladies designer evening and prom gowns under the following terms of business:

1. You're Gorgeous will be happy to accept your gowns at any times during working hours. No more than 2 gowns at any one time can be accepted without prior arrangement. If the studio is busy we may ask you to leave your items with us for processing, in which case you will be given or sent a receipt.
2. After agreeing a realistic selling price (tip: when deciding, always take off the cost it would have been to hire the gown first), You're Gorgeous will re-sell your gown on a 60/40% basis.
3. Gowns must be in excellent condition.
4. Gowns must be dry cleaned and hung.
5. We reserve the right to launder/dry clean or press any gown. Charges for this will be deducted from final settlement.
6. You're Gorgeous aim to sell gowns at the best price possible. Gowns will be offered for sale for period of 8 weeks after which the price will be reduced by 20%
7. You're Gorgeous commission will be 40% of the final balance. Payments to seller can be made by cash or cheque
8. After 8 weeks if the gown has not been sold it is the sellers responsibility to ensure they collect it. If gowns are not collected within 7 days the gowns will be donated to the glass slipper project.
9. The glass slipper project is for families who are experiencing financial difficulites. They can come to You're Gorgeous on a given date and purchase a prom/evening gown for a minimal fee; a persentage of this will then be given to local charities within our community.
10. Due to lack of storeage any gowns not collected within the time frame of 7 days will automatically be placed in the glass slipper project.
11. By leaving your gown at You're Gorgeous for re-sale you have agreed to the above terms and conditions.
